Event Guidelines

This page will give the general guidelines for all trips

Guidelines:

Purpose:  These guidelines are designed to make every event safe, hospitable to all, and well managed. 

 1. Communication will come from the Website.  Details are accessed through the calendar.

2. There is a primary and secondary contact person for each event.   They are accessible to answer any questions.

3. If you are going to arrive late at the departure point call ahead to get instructions.  We will depart on time.

4. Event leader will give instruction as to event etiquette.

5. Safety procedures will anchor event.  Bathrooms are not always available.

6. Every child or teen must be accompanied by an adult, typically a parent.

7. Come prepared.  Honor one another and be sensitive to the needs of others.

8. Enjoy God's creation and make new friends.
